  • Platform is strictly limited to appointment discovery, scheduling, and management.

  • Feezio App and Feezio Doctor App
  • Feezio website and related services
  • Does not apply to third-party websites or services linked through the Platform.

A. From Patients

  • Full name, Email address, Mobile phone number
  • Basic profile information (optional)
  • Appointment details (date, time, selected doctor or clinic)
  • 🚫 We do NOT collect: Medical history, Symptoms, Prescriptions, Diagnostic reports

B. From Doctors

  • Full name, Professional specialization
  • Clinic or hospital name, Practice location
  • Professional email and phone number
  • Availability and appointment schedule

C. Automatically Collected

  • Device information (type, OS version, app version)
  • IP address and basic usage logs
  • App interaction data and location access (if enabled for nearby doctors)

  • Creating and managing user accounts
  • Enabling appointment booking and scheduling
  • Displaying doctor availability and clinic information
  • Sending confirmations, reminders, or updates
  • Improving platform performance and security
5. Payments

Secure Processing

  • Processed securely via third-party payment gateways
  • Feezio does not store card details, UPI IDs, or bank credentials
  • We only store transaction reference details for record-keeping

  • Users may delete their account directly from the app through account settings.
  • Users may also request account deletion by submitting the form available at https://www.feezio.com/account-deletion.
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or regulatory obligations.
10. Feature-Specific Disclosures

Location Information

  • Location access is used only to allow doctors to select and display their clinic location on the map during profile setup or update.
  • Feezio does not track real-time location and does not access location data in the background.

Media Access

  • Feezio may access images and videos from the user’s device only when the user explicitly chooses to upload media for chat communication or clinic testimonials.
  • The app does not access media files in the background or without user consent.

Advertising & Tracking

  • Feezio does not display advertisements and does not use Advertising ID or any ad-tracking technologies.
