1. Overview & 2. Booking Fee

Feezio Role

Policy Terms
  • Feezio acts only as an appointment booking facilitator.
  • Feezio collects only a platform / appointment booking fee.
  • Consultation fees are paid directly to the Doctor and are outside this policy.
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
3. Cancellation & 4. Wallet

Patient Cancellation

Wallet Credit
  • Cancellations result in Feezio Wallet credits for the platform / booking fee.
  • No direct refund to bank account or original payment method.
  • Wallet credits are for future bookings only and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
5. No-Show & 6. Doctor Cancel

Attendance Issues

No Refund
  • No-show refund eligibility is determined by the Doctor or clinic, in accordance with Feezio’s Refund Policy.
  • If the Doctor cancels, the Feezio platform / appointment booking fee is credited to the Feezio Wallet.
  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Non-Refundable & 8. Time

Exclusions

No Refund
  • Incorrect information, failure to attend, or technical issues on the user’s side.
  • Wallet credits are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
  • Processing delays may occur due to technical or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimer & 10. Abuse

Platform Integrity

Policy Terms
  • Feezio does not guarantee refunds in all scenarios.
  • Feezio reserves the right to restrict or disable wallet usage in cases of abuse or fraud.
  • Feezio is not responsible for disputes related to Doctor consultation fees or medical services.
