Refund Overview

We strive to provide fair and transparent refund policies that protect both patients and healthcare providers. Our refund terms vary based on the type of service, timing of cancellation, and circumstances surrounding the request.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Appointment Cancellations

24+ Hours Notice

Full Refund
  • Full refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • No cancellation fees applied
  • Automatic refund to original payment method
  • Email confirmation sent immediately
  • Option to reschedule instead of cancel

Less than 24 Hours

Partial Refund
  • 50% refund due to late cancellation
  • $25 processing fee may apply
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Doctor may waive fee at their discretion
  • Emergency situations considered case-by-case
No-Show Policy

Patient No-Shows

No Refund
  • No refund for missed appointments without notice
  • Full appointment fee charged
  • Account may be flagged for repeated no-shows
  • Rescheduling options may be limited
  • Emergency exceptions considered with documentation

Doctor Unavailability

Full Refund
  • Full refund if doctor cancels or is unavailable
  • Immediate refund processing
  • Priority rebooking with same or different doctor
  • Compensation for inconvenience may apply
  • Alternative appointment options provided
Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Prorated
  • Prorated refund based on unused days
  • Cancel anytime with immediate effect
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No early termination fees

Annual Subscriptions

Partial Refund
  • Refund available within first 30 days
  • After 30 days, prorated refund for unused months
  • Administrative fee may apply for early cancellation
  • Refund calculated from cancellation request date
  • Special circumstances reviewed individually
Technical Issues

Platform Problems

Full Refund
  • Full refund for appointments affected by technical issues
  • Immediate resolution and rebooking assistance
