1. Introduction
Welcome to Feezio
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform.
Feezio is an appointment booking platform that enables users (“Patients”) to book appointments with healthcare professionals (“Doctors”).
Feezio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or telemedicine.
2. Eligibility & 4. Accounts
Patient & Doctor Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
Doctors confirm that they are legally authorized and licensed to provide healthcare services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Nature of Services
Scope
Feezio acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary between Doctors and Patients.
Feezio does not control, supervise, or guarantee the services provided by Doctors and shall not be liable for any medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or outcomes.
Feezio is not intended for emergency medical situations. Users should contact local emergency services in case of an emergency.
5. Appointments
Scheduling
Doctor availability is determined solely by the respective Doctor or clinic.
Booking confirmation may be subject to Doctor acceptance, where applicable.
Feezio does not guarantee appointment confirmation, punctuality, or availability.
6. Fees & 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy Details
Feezio collects only a platform / appointment booking fee for use of the Platform.
Consultation fees are paid directly to the Doctor and are outside Feezio’s responsibility.
Refund eligibility for cancellations or no-shows is determined by the Doctor or clinic, in accordance with Feezio’s Refund Policy.
Once an appointment is marked as completed by the Doctor, the Feezio platform / booking fee is considered consumed and no refund shall be applicable.
Approved refunds are issued only as Feezio Wallet credits, usable for future bookings. Wallet balance has no expiry and is non-transferable.
8. & 9. Responsibilities
User & Doctor Obligations
Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
Users shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Doctors must maintain accurate professional information and responsibly manage their availability and schedules.
10. Prohibited Activities
Prohibitions
Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
Uploading false, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
Attempting to scrape data, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform.
11. IP & 12. Liability
Legal Terms
All intellectual property, trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Feezio.
Feezio shall not be liable for medical outcomes, quality of care, or services provided by Doctors.
Feezio is not responsible for appointment cancellations, delays, or disputes between Doctors and Patients.
13. - General Terms
Governance & Policies
Users agree to indemnify Feezio against any misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Feezio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity, without prior notice.
Feezio shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law: Laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
